• Description: Tile Center has been in business since 1992 and we are in the Retail Flooring/Home Improvement Business. At this time, Tile Center is seeking customer-focused, money-motivated, solution-oriented, goal driven, passionate and energetic self-starters for a career in floor covering. Must be highly self-motivated, terrific presenter and communicator. Company provides leads, but you must have the stuff to make great sales out of them and a strong closer. Candidates must be able to work retail hours, including Saturdays. We will train someone who has everything we want. Come and build your own domain within our fine, progressive company.


• Location: Full time employment in Gaithersburg-MD.


• Education: Bachelor degree preferred


• Experience: Min. 1-2 years of sales, prefer retail


• Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Workmans Compensation.


• Compensation: Commission plus Bonus
