This thank you letter is long overdue. A few months ago, I contracted with the tile center to retile my shower and jacuzzi tub. At first I was hesitant to undegro such a large project, primarily because there were so many tile choices along with the many other decisions to be made before the process could begin. Eddie, with your expert suggestions and interventions, you allayed my fears. I am so happy that I went forward with the project! Even my husband (who did not think that retiling of our bath and shower was necessary) was taken aback by the final outcome. He smiled broadly and commented, "I like it. It is so professionally done!Good job." I have included a small picture portfolio of the project in three stages(before,mid ,and end product). Please excuse the poor quality of my printer. It did not capture the beauty of the finished work,but i hope it will help to some small extent when another customer asks for picture of finished work. I would also like to thank the owner(his name escapes me)He was also a critical force in helping me to make the decision to do this project in my house. Sadly, in this day we often find that we have paid for quality service and not received it. However, sometimes we pay for quality service and get the best! I find the Tile Center to be the later.
