Welcome to Tile Center. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they define your rights and obligations regarding purchases and services at Tile Center.
1. Services and Payment
Tile Center provides in-store retail products including flooring, tile, grout, and related materials, as well as home remodeling services such as kitchen, bathroom, and flooring projects.
Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of purchase for products and upon completion for services, unless a financing arrangement is approved.
Financing: Tile Center offers financing options for eligible customers, as detailed on our website. Any financing agreements are subject to approval and must be completed before work begins.
2. Product Purchases
All in-store purchases are non-refundable once the product has been picked up or delivered.
While we strive to ensure product consistency, minor color or texture variations may occur between samples and final products. Customers are encouraged to view samples or visit the showroom before finalizing large purchases.
Tile Center is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances outside our control during product delivery or installation.
3. Remodeling Services
All work is performed by trained professionals and completed in a workmanlike manner according to industry standards.
Additional work or materials requested by the customer beyond the initial estimate will incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement.
Customers are responsible for providing Tile Center staff with reasonable access to the property for all service and installation work.
4. Warranty and Satisfaction
Tile Center is committed to customer satisfaction. If any service issue arises, customers must notify us within 14 days of service completion. Verified issues will be addressed promptly through re-performance of the work or appropriate resolution.
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Tile Center facilitates warranty claims but is not liable for manufacturer defects.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors are not covered under any warranty.
5. Liability
Tile Center is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or delays, resulting from product installation or remodeling services.
Customers assume responsibility for any risk to the property after the completion of service, excluding issues caused directly by Tile Center negligence.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Service appointments may be rescheduled by contacting Tile Center at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation of services after work has begun may result in charges for materials and labor already incurred.
7. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions, along with any estimates, invoices, or financing agreements, constitute the full agreement between Tile Center and the customer.
Any modifications or exceptions must be agreed in writing by both parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided.
